Ability to assign tasks, calls, chats, documents to employees that is internal only

There may be some customer profiles that I do not want my staff to have access to, especially their vaults. It would be great to have an option to block a profile from certain team members.

Supervisor, or ability to great more granular roles so that some of the admin type permissions are available but not all, set in such a way that they are saved and can be adjusted

While we can currently add assignees to a project when they are not already in a project, I have noticed that if an assignee is already included in a project, this person cannot be added to other aspects of the project. I would like to be able to add any assignee to a project, whether they already play a role or not. I would like that we can do this in a bulk action directly from the Dashboard.

There is an option to assign all clients but not an option to remove all clients. Would be helpful to have a remove all clients option from that screen as well to make employee offboarding or client transitions faster.

Include the ability to group team members into a Department. Then, on reports, allow for filtering based on a department (i.e. if I select a department, the report will filter to show the activity of just those team members in that department)

It would be great help to us if there was a way to create a temporary user access for interns with a specific date. Ex: Intern1 user expiration 07/31/2024. We have interns at the firm, and it will be great if their user access ended by midnight of their last day at the firm.

Toggle to show when a user is out of the office inside the portal - for now, we change our name so that the client sees that particular person is currently out of the office.
