Ability to disable team members
If a team member is no longer with the company, for security purposes, we should be able to disable the account from be accessed. This should include a way to change the team members password.

Easy method to allow new managers to access all open and closed projects for clients they are assigned to.
It would be nice to have a quick way to allow new managers to be able to access closed projects for clients they are responsible for, without having to assign those projects to them. Maybe a permission level adjustment that allows team members to be able to access all open and closed projects for clients they have access to.

Out Of Office
Toggle to show when a user is out of the office inside the portal - for now, we change our name so that the client sees that particular person is currently out of the office.

Roles in Permissions need expansion
Supervisor, or ability to great more granular roles so that some of the admin type permissions are available but not all, set in such a way that they are saved and can be adjusted

Ability to create a new team member role (and name it whatever we'd like) and then set permissions based on that new team member role.

When I create a client and assign someone to that client, that assignee should be added to any future projects created for that client

Internal "Client"
When creating a FC account, allow users to generate internal "clients" that can be used to track internal things like internal, admin time. There should be some defaults on these internal "clients" like: Only viewable by Owners by default Time tracked to them is always non-billable

Group Team Members by Department
Include the ability to group team members into a Department. Then, on reports, allow for filtering based on a department (i.e. if I select a department, the report will filter to show the activity of just those team members in that department)

Restrict Access to Client Files
I have hired an administrative assistant, and I would like to restrict them from seeing Client Files. It would be great to have that as an option when defining team member roles.
