When I create a client and assign someone to that client, that assignee should be added to any future projects created for that client

When creating a FC account, allow users to generate internal "clients" that can be used to track internal things like internal, admin time. There should be some defaults on these internal "clients" like: Only viewable by Owners by default Time tracked to them is always non-billable

Ability to create a new team member role (and name it whatever we'd like) and then set permissions based on that new team member role.

I have hired an administrative assistant, and I would like to restrict them from seeing Client Files. It would be great to have that as an option when defining team member roles.

I would like to be able to send a private chat to another team member without the rest of the team having access to it.

Not even sure where to categorize this request. Currently team members don't have a clear visibility on others' tasks so it's hard to manage workload as a whole. Something like a Gantt chart with projects - similar to Monday.com , Asana, etc.

Toggle to show when a user is out of the office inside the portal - for now, we change our name so that the client sees that particular person is currently out of the office.

Create a user permission so that certain groups of employees (e.g. Members or Contractors) are not able to check off a task unless it's explicitly assigned to them. That way, Admins/Owners have more control over the project itself.

Setting timezone for team members or in the Financial Cents account.

There is an option to assign all clients but not an option to remove all clients. Would be helpful to have a remove all clients option from that screen as well to make employee offboarding or client transitions faster.
