Ability to build and create our own report.

We would like to see one export report that would include the client data and the projects (Open/closed) together all in one. I realize you have a good system in place for data storing. However, we would like to complete our own backup for the client data and projects. Currently we can export a client list and projects, in two separate exports. It would be good to have one export that included both with a time frame of six-months or 1 year for all clients.

I would find it helpful to be able to run a report at the project level of the hours by client, by project assigned to each staff member. I see that you can hover over the budgeted hours and it gives you the detail by task, but that's too granular. I want to pop onto the amount, see from a high level what the work is and quickly make changes without having to scroll through the huge listing by task. And if this can be exported into Excel even better!

To be able to pull data from the client activity feed into a report to see which client moods are time-tracked and their effective rate is an excellent feature to stay on top of relationships. However, we need to be able to pull reports to see who we need to reach out to. In addition, having custom moods or more than 3 options would be great.

Add a column for "Time In/Time Out" on the Time Tracking report

For example: In the "Utilization" view, would it be possible to change the headers from "Non-billable hours" to "Billable - Retainer" and "Billable hours" to "Billable - Adhoc" ?

I would love to see an audit log for things such as when a clients open an email or has logged into their portal.

Would like to be able to export these reports to excel

I would like to see an activity log, or audit trail, of any and all changes occuring within FC. In addition, a hyperlink associated with the activity. As an example, if a company was created you can click on the company and take you to it. If a task/project were created/modified/closed would be useful. This way you can see in real time any changes staff is making and one can easily refer back to tasks, projects, and clients previously worked on.

If we start using "Contact" activities to track conversations with clients, I'd like to be able to see a report for all contact activities for the month, for example.  Currently I think you can only look at Contact activities by looking at the client's profile. Could we have a report filterable by activity type and date range?
