Clients have no visibility into when a team member is out of office, leading to unanswered messages and frustration. An OOO indicator in chat would set expectations and reduce unnecessary follow-ups.

Yes, I am in favor of this as well. For both at the individual team level and company level. If the owner can manage it at the company level, that would be great. Most of my clients use the Chat feature which is great when we are discussing multiple topics but being out of office worries me because I don't want them to think I am ignoring them.

Would love the ability to broadly respond to clients when either one of our team is out of office or our office is closed (i.e. for the holidays), similar to an email notification.

It would be nice if there was a way to either have an auto reply in client chat or some sort of banner pop up when its a total office closure for an extended time such as next week when we are closed Wednesday-Friday. Any client that reaches out in chat then will probably think we are ignoring them.

We are trying to teach clients to not email, but use the client chat feature. It would be helpful to add the ability to set your OOO Notice on a per user basis so the clients can have a better expectation on reply time as well helping them reach out to a different team member for urgent issues.

Amanda Aparicio I would recommend it be an auto response of some sort so they know you are gone but will reply upon return. Kind of the auto response when you email.

Amanda Aparicio it would be an auto reply in client chat. This is the only hesitation with using chat is so many people will message me when I’m out and I don’t like the responses to sit there without letting them know I’m out of office.
