Would love the ability to broadly respond to clients when either one of our team is out of office or our office is closed (i.e. for the holidays), similar to an email notification.

We are trying to teach clients to not email, but use the client chat feature. It would be helpful to add the ability to set your OOO Notice on a per user basis so the clients can have a better expectation on reply time as well helping them reach out to a different team member for urgent issues.
