Pin a Client Chat to a Project
When creating a new client chat topic from a Project page, "pin" that topic to the project so that anytime someone revisits the chat from the project, they see the pinned conversation

Read receipt on client chat outgoing messages
We would like to be able to see that a client read a message our office sent to them in the client chat. Ideally it would include a time stamp of when the message was seen.

Client Chats
Having a consolidated place for client chats. It can be difficult to remember who has ongoing chats and having one area where you can see them would be great.Also, an easier way to add employees to chats than through the individual chat window.

DO NOT show "deleted" messages in chat
Do not show "deleted" next to a deleted client chat. I accidently posted in wrong window then deleted and all my client can see is that I deleted and it makes the wonder its confusing when you delete a chat delete it entirely.

Automated Response
Automated responses on chats that get sent to clients when they chat in. That way, the firm can give an expectation around when the client should expect to hear back. For example, the client sends a chat message. An auto-response is sent saying "Thanks for reaching out! We typically respond within 1-2 business days."

Clients ability to create new chat topics toggle off for clients
Clients create new chats and include someone out of office or a company placeholder for email and then no one actually gets notified or can see it except one person. This is an issue it would be nice to toggle this off per client or company wide.

Client Chat Section in Notification Section
Right now the notification section shows only Projects, Mentions, Dependencies, and Client Tasks - I'd like to see a section for Client Chats. Or possibly an entire view of all client chats that haven't been responded to.

Add bulk team member assignment to client chats
We need to be able to add new team members to multiple clients and client chats. Additionally, if a team member is assigned to a client or client project, they should be automatically added to the client & team chats for that client.

Chat visibility
It would be great for all our Team Members to be able to see chats with clients without us having to tag them in the chat.
