Prohibit clients from starting multiple client chats.
We like to keep our client chats organized and often a client will begin a new chat. If the correct employee isn't included in that chat, they aren't aware that a new one was started and miss the message from the client.

Organize client chat attachments into client uploads folder
Add attachements shared to the client chat to the client uploads folders as well

Having a consolidated place for client chats. It can be difficult to remember who has ongoing chats and having one area where you can see them would be great.Also, an easier way to add employees to chats than through the individual chat window.

Ability to View All Clients chats
It would be great to have a button to be able to see all clients' chats and be able to filter by clients.

Tag Client In Chat / Comments
We can tag team members but not the client directly. Sometimes it would be helpful to be able to mention them specifically within a comment or a chat.

We save emails all the time for documentation. However, it would be great if we could export as pdf or csv the client chat communications for our records in the firm.

Read receipt on client chat outgoing messages
We would like to be able to see that a client read a message our office sent to them in the client chat. Ideally it would include a time stamp of when the message was seen.

Pin a Client Chat to a Project
When creating a new client chat topic from a Project page, "pin" that topic to the project so that anytime someone revisits the chat from the project, they see the pinned conversation

Schedule send for client chats
They want to schedule the client chat to be sent out at a later time because they don't want to start a conversation with the client when working late at night

Make Chat messages unread
If there are multiple people working with a client (on the chat with the client), often it would be nice to re-mark a message as unread if another team member should address it.
