AI Access for Client Context
I'm picturing a tab for each client where we can chat with AI about that client. The AI could have access to client notes, messages, emails, documents, and maybe even QBO data if connected. We could toggle on or off different things that the AI has access to (on a chat by chat basis, file by file, etc). Then if I ask the AI a question, it has ALL the context about that client to give meaningful responses.
