Similar to this post ( https://financial-cents.canny.io/feedback/p/client-chat-export ), allow for exporting of TEAM CHATS to a PDF, CSV file, or something so we can save for our records

The ability to reply to Team Chats within the task. Right now, I can only reply to a team chat if I'm in under the client or in the project, but if I click into the chat bubble icon to see comments left (specific to a task or subtask), I cannot reply to specific comments. This would be helpful as a manager to be able to quickly reply to my teams' questions.

The ability to tag all employees with one @Everyone or @Team instead of listing out each name. This can be used in the team chat and potentially the notes (as a way of alerting them that a new note has been added).

I would like to be able to pin comments in the team chat within a project so that important comments are easy to locate.

Can a print to PDF function and an export to Word or Google Docs function be added to the Team Chat and Client Chat, since a lot of valuable information goes back and forth on there? Lots of collaboration takes place there, and currently there is no neat and clean option on how to capture this valuable information. The current option is to use the browser print option or cut and paste, and it is not a good presentation for our workpapers. We would greatly appreciate that. Thank you very much!

When using Team Chat in a Client Profile, I have to then be routed to Projects (unfiltered), then open again, and then click into it... this should be 2 clicks max.

When we were with another software, we could internally discuss client emails on the email, which saved our inboxes.  Would be great to have that in FC.

Bulleted list in Team Chat - it separates it by putting a paragraph space between the bullets. It would be nice if we had the choice on how to format the paragraph spacing.

It would be very helpful during review if one could save a chat in draft mode before posting. I find that I need to jump around when I am reviewing and if I have bullet points for a team member in the team chat I either have to send then go back later and edit (if the team member happens to read it before I am done, they may not go back to read the finished chat unless i remember to tell them). It's clunky and cumbersome. Yes, I know I could put at the top of the chat that is is a draft, but that means I have to remember to add and remove that which is extra effort for me. clunky

As a follow-up to this post , make Team Chat real time so that whenever someone sends, edits, or deletes a message, everyone else immediately sees the changes on their end.
