Suggest having a TEAM CHAT for a CLIENT, not just for a PROJECT.  There are times we need to convey information that is general to the client and not a specific project.  Also, a client level chat would also be beneficial in searching for a chat chain instead of trying to remember what project it was for.  (Think of it as acting like a Slack Channel for a client)

For our firm, a team chat feature in the client dashboard would be useful. Currently, team chat discussions exist in a recurring job (for example, monthly bookkeeping) but they don't carry over to the next job occurrence. There are certain notes or comments that would be useful to carry over. A team chat feature in client dashboard may solve this problem for us.

Having the thread set up chronologically could possibly get messy once messages from 3 months ago get replies. I think having a thread where responses are directly under the original comment would be better.

Do not like the new team chat look. There was nothing wrong with it before and now it's worse.

When commenting on a specific task, the comment makes it's way to the project level and client level team chats (which is awesome!!). There is an inline reply format that is... #<span>TASK NAME</span>. They are not major or workflow crushing items, but I think it would be beneficiall to see 2 small improvements here: Clean up the span code language and get it out of there. Have the task name be linked to the specific task, so if a team member is looking at the chat at either the client or project level, they can quickly get to the task.

I would love having more than just a 'Like' button on team and client chats. Can we get the option for a few basic emoji's?

It would be helpful to be able to tag everyone assigned to Project or task in reply in the comments area or chat. For example, in our old workflow system, we would do @group, and this would notify everyone who was part of the Task that a comment was made. This way, I didn't have to tag every individual person.

When viewing the team chat from the client dashboard window, all project chats - whether the project is open or closed - is visible. This is going to lead to a very busy team chat window as time goes on. Either a way to archive team chat topics or to be able to view by open or closed projects, would be incredibly helpful.

The new look itself isn't bad, but I don't like (1) how the earliest message is first, & (2) how each message seems to take up more space than before. Is there a way to sort backwards chronologically? And maybe let us opt for a condensed view of the messages (or just condense them)? I did notice there's now a "Search team chat" bar. A nice touch, but on my HP laptop I could already use Ctrl-F for the same result. I'm assuming other pc brands & Macs have a similar feature.

When we were with another software, we could internally discuss client emails on the email, which saved our inboxes.  Would be great to have that in FC.
