Ability to create a new team member role (and name it whatever we'd like) and then set permissions based on that new team member role.

Agreed. Their should be a way to customize permissions by user vs. role (i.e., admin, member, etc.). For example, we want employees to take payment over the phone, but not necessarily have access to all of the billing records. If they are only a member and not an admin, they will not have access to billing at all, which is a problem.

Yes!! There is some things I would like to give staff but at this point its an all or nothing and that is dangerous lol
