Notification improvements (reduce the noise)

This would help take you directly to what the client has done/changed rather than needing to search within the entire project

The clients are getting too many notifications and it is causing them to ignore them

When someone sends a few messages, I click on the notification to view the message, but it only clears the notification for that message. I have to click on the next notification for each message to clear them. It would be better if all of those messages were cleared from notifications when I view that screen.

We need to fix this so that we also get a notification when a client task is marked done by one of the firm's staff, not only when the client does it.

The ability to read/view a comment and then mark it as unread to keep the notification for future reminders.

Whenever I assign a project in Financial Cents, a notification is sent to the assignee, which can be annoying. There should be a company-wide setting to disable these notifications when assigning projects. Additionally, when I download a CSV file, I receive an email notification about the download. We should have the option (firm-wide) to turn off this type of email notification.

Hello, You guys are all doing great! I have really enjoyed using this platform, so thank you. I can only speak for our small office, but we process over 2000 tax returns each season and we have only a three man team. With that, we often are wasting a lot of time investigating message notifications. Since we all see the same notifications I think it would be very helpful if when I take care of a notification then it would be marked in some way for the other team members to know that I have already taken care of it. Right now, it does not work like that and there are way to many notifications for this to keep us productive. Unfortunately, we might have to stop using Financial Cents if we can not figure something out with this. Please help and let me know.

In the notifications section to be able to sort by the following: Comments, messages, uploaded documents, deleted documents, completed tasks, project reminder due dates. That way we can respond to clients quicker

Ability to search notifications by client and mark off all of them as read at the same time.
