Just like invoices are stored at a client level. It would be great if the clients' proposals saved to their profile as well.

Different employees bill at different rates for different services. Give users the ability to add multiple labor costs per employee so that this can be accounted for in billing.

Would like to give clients the ability to partially pay an invoice or let us mark an invoice paid partially and that would leave the remaining balance out in the invoices for the client.

Allow for firms to set Service Item rates based on each client. For example, I have a Service Item called "Bookkeeping" that I want to charge Client A $X and Client B $Y. Have some sort of setting where I can set that up so that whenever I add the Service Item to the invoice, it automatically chooses the correct amount.

Create a page for Proposal templates so that users can create, edit, and delete proposal templates as needed.

Some clients I provide a printed bill with their deliverables (older clients). Having the ability to create an invoice and it not be stuck as a draft without having to email/text it to a client.

We have clients pay us before we do the work and need to be able to post retainer payments. We then perform the work and bill our time against the retainer. I'm kind of surprised this isn't already a feature.

I have received complaints from clients that the engagement letter is only delivered to the signatory. Usually the authorized signer is not the only member of staff who needs to review the engagement letter. In my most recent case, only the Head of Staff is authorized to sign the engagement letter on the company's behalf, but the Director also needs to be included without being required to sign. Can we please add the option to include some client contacts as an email CC only?

Being able to review WIP billed by employee before and after creating an invoice. Being able to see a total when clearing unbilled time and seeing who the unbilled time is from.
