It would be nice to be able to mark a proposal as accepted if the client has accepted verbally or in writing.

Only clients are able to delete payment methods in the client portal themselves. However, it would be nice to have the ability to do so ourselves, especially when cards expire, close, etc.

I would love to have clients have to pay an invoice before they can review their tax returns and e-sign for approval

It would be nice to have an expense tracking area under billing that you could go in and add expenses that are typically billed to the client or are reimbursements from the client that could be automatically pulled into a one-off or recurring invoice. I know there is the ability to do this with time but it would be nice to have the ability to track non-time related client billable expenses (not in the project or individual client area).

Under Billing, Invoices,the "Outstanding" category only summarizes the current outstanding invoices, it doesn't include the overdue invoice amounts. However, when I click the "Outstanding" tab, the detail of the Outstanding invoices does include the overdue invoices. Can this be corrected to include the overdue invoices in the Outstanding Total amount?

Have the ability to invoice the client once the project is completed and track time against the project to know if we went over our allocated fixed fee. For example, I charge $5,000 fix fee, but sometimes I go way over my hours, so I would like to make sure I charge for the hours I went over.

Would like to see a locked section for billing notes, the notes section is open to all employees to view but some billing notes would need to be private to the admin team of the firm only.

Particularly in the service items, client notes and invoice descriptions, we are double spacing line items to separate paragraphs and as soon as we finalize, the text will word wrap and it will be a continuation. It does not save the spacing used when setting up. Is there a way to correct this?

Allowing users to send an invoice directly from the ellipsis menu under Billing—rather than navigating into the invoice and selecting Edit—would streamline the workflow and save valuable time.

I would like to provide a price range on certain service items. I/E Personal Taxes price range will be $200 to $300.
