The ability to see the date of the time when in the invoicing section, it currently just shows the description and the hours and the amount but not the date that the time is for.

It would be very handy if the system could give us a notification the month before a client's saved credit card is about to expire, rather than having a transaction fail after the expiration.

On your billing platform, it would be nice to be able to set up late fees as a percentage or flat fee to be charged when the invoice becomes X amount of days late.

My team needs to have bill rates, so when I go to track time it auto selects "billable." I would like it to auto select non-billable, while selecting my team member. I have created a service item that they need to bill their time to, but it is auto selecting billable. Maybe if service items, when selected as "fixed" could mean it is non billable VS when selecting "hourly" it would auto check "billable"

When I grouped the invoice line items by service item, the quantity should reflect the total hours by service item. Instead any grouped items reflected a quantity of "1" instead of the actual hours worked by service item. This means I have to manually calculate the hours worked for each service item and input into the "description". Can this be fixed so the "Qty" reflects the actual hours worked by service item?

The proposal formatting is not acting correctly and overall looks poorly. In Word, the same formatting is all the same but when I copy and paste it into the Services and Terms sections, they "look" differently and not consistent. I think what I am asking for is a consistent look to the proposals across all sections no matter what I put in. Different fonts and sizes make it look bad. Also, the header is way too large and is overlapping itself, the logo is too small, and the Table of Contents looks odd. I would like a formatting reboot of the proposals.

Please update the Notes section to function like Word as it's not easy to indent and change the indentation to have spaces in between. Also, once you save the Note, it actually displays differently than how you entered it.

Show the client information about the following: How much they have in outstanding invoices How much they have in credits with the firm How much they have in retainers with the firm Payments that have been made by them with the firm Additionally, give users a button to generate a PDF version of this statement for clients that don't utilize the online Portal.

When sending proposals, the “Preview and Send” button displays a sample proposal rather than the actual client-specific version. It would be much more helpful if the system showed the real proposal on-screen before sending.

Every time I select a date range, and go to a new page, then come back, my selected date range never saves
