Allow users to create forms that clients can fill out directly within the Financial Cents portal. Specifically, forms should support the creation of tax organizers.

Request Multiple Documents Securely – Bulk Entry I would like the ability to create multiple secure document requests at one time from a single screen. For example, if I have a list of 20 documents required from a client, I currently have to select Securely Request Document and create each request individually. It would be much more efficient to be able to paste or enter a multi-line list of documents and have the system automatically create a separate secure document request for each line. This would allow us to quickly send a full document request to the client while still keeping each requested item separate, so the client can upload documents against each request and we can easily track and reconcile what has and has not been received.

When an employee creates a client task requesting documents, all team members assigned to the project currently receive notifications when the client responds or uploads documents. It would be nice to have an option to notify only the employee who created the request. This would reduce unnecessary notifications for other team members on the project and help the employee managing the request track and follow up on the documents received.

There needs to be a different identifier for any tasks within a project that have not been completed. Like a strike through or ability to mark as not applicable similar to the mark in progress option. If I'm looking at historical projects I want to be able to see that the task wasn't actually completed. We've been pulling them down to a not applicable section and adding comments, but that means the tasks are no longer in order so comparisons isn't nearly as quick.

It would be nice if we had a button where we can reject a client task, a place to leave a reason why, and the client to receive a notification that it was rejected. Content Snare has something like this.

Be able to add URL link's to tasks that are needed outside of financal cents. For example we have a payroll change form for our clients to fill out.

Reminder cadence today is defined by interval only (e.g. "Every day", "Every 2 days", etc.) with no way to cap how many go out. Let users specify a TOTAL number of reminders, so a client receives a set number of nudges and then the reminders stop rather than continuing indefinitely.

Would like the ability to send client tasks by a generic representative. Currently, we have to pay for a seat license to send tasks from a generic representative.

The ability to close a client's task section so that the client won't be able to edit their task responses mid-project. This option will allow for comfort when dealing with long-term projects that may take months after receiving the documents to finish closing out the project.

It would be helpful if you could send one email to push out multiple Client task sections instead of having to do individual notification emails.
