Client Requests
When sending a client request with an updated task, is it possible to send only the open tasks? Currently, all tasks are sent in the email, even closed ones, which makes it confusing for the client, which tasks need attention.

Guest Portal
A portal that receives uploads only like a guest portal for prospective clients or collaborators of clients that the client doesn’t want them to have access to their portal. Prevents creating clients for people we may only hear from once, reducing workload on our end of creating the client.

Receiving notifications when clients send chat message to someone not listed on client/project.
I am the firm admin. A client sent me a chat message, and I was not notified. I am guessing this is because I am not assigned to this client in FC. This presents a problem, because I do not want to be assigned to all the clients.

Client Approval Option
I would like to the ability to have as an option for a client to 'Approve or Deny' ... there are options for request documents or sending documents or asking a question.. but I frequently have to request approval for certain tasks and it would be helpful to have as an option.

It would be nice if we had the ability to customize the client portal. For instance, a client dashboard showing Action Items or Quick Links to frequently accessed areas.

Client Portal Access through an App
Would like to see the client portal being accessed by my clients to upload documents without having to be on a desktop, rather through their cell phones.

Feedback on Mobile Accessibility for Clients
We’ve received feedback from several of our clients regarding the mobile experience on your platform. Specifically, users have reported that: Not all content on the page is viewable unless the device is rotated to landscape mode. Certain documents are difficult to download or view without adjusting screen orientation. Overall, the interface does not appear to be optimized for mobile devices, which is impacting the client experience, particularly for those who primarily access our services on their phones. We wanted to ask if there are any current or upcoming plans to improve mobile responsiveness or if a dedicated mobile app is being considered. This would significantly enhance usability and accessibility for our clients and likely improve satisfaction and engagement.

Better Access to Client Portal on the Go.
Clients expressed that it is too complicated to get in portal via mobile/on the go. It would be nice if they could sign in with a password instead of going back to their email and then back to the login.
