Pin email to client
I'd love to be able to pin an email to a client and not have to specify a project. That way the email shows up under the general client emails tab and you don't have to find the project again to find the email.

Email Folders
I would love to have different Folders within your email tab that I can put emails into instead of seeing all of my emails at once. Thank you!

Bulk Blind Copy
I would like the ability to grab a group of clients and bulk send an e-mail. For Example we have clients in the group 1040 and would like to send an update on tax law changes. If we could blind copy the group straight out of here rather than having to buy a third-party service when all of our client information is already in this system.

Direct link to project when email is pinned
I want to be able to go directly to the project that I pin my email to. Now I pin the email to a project and have to go search for that project if I need to make notes etc.

Add link to email within email client
There are times when I need to open an email from within my email client (I use Gmail). It would be nice to have a button or link from the email within FC to open it up in Gmail in a new tab.

Email Management
I think a checkbox next to each incoming email with bulk actions would be beneficial. check, check, delete. check, check, assign to a project, etc. The way it currently jumps when I take action is difficult to utilize without errors. Thanks.

Pinning emails to the SAME CHAIN
When I go to pin a reply email, it will prompt a completely different client and/or project to the previous ones in the chain. Ideally a response email would automatically be added to the same chain as the historic comms, but if not, could the prompt pick up on the pattern?

Unable to reply to other emails in thread
Can we please get the option to reply to prior emails than the most recent? E.g. colleague forwards client query, I am unable to reply to client email directly, only reply to colleague and CC client, I need our internal comms to be seperate and not sent to the client. If the client doesn't send the query DIRECTLY to me, then I am unable to reply even if it is forwarded to me.
