I'd love to be able to remove the footer on client request emails, cause it's confusing my customers, it's confusing my clients! Is my company doing the work, or is Financial Cents doing the work? It looks like the email they are getting is from Financial Cents, and it's got the Financial privacy info on the bottom. It's got the Financial Cents copy right on the bottom, and I need to get that off and put my own on the bottom. I don't want my firms to be confused. Wait, are you outsourcing this work to Financial Cents? Cause that's the feedback I'm getting.

Would love easier ways to add notes from email

On the list of closed projects when pinning an email, order the list by the most recently closed projects first as I typically am pinning "last minute" emails to my most recently finished work.

Is there any way to show with a different color that an email has been pinned? I must be color blind because I can never figure out if an email has already been pinned!

Our emails for proposals, invoices and notifications are going to spam.

When I receive an email I'd like to add a task to a project

It would be fantastic to be able to create a task within a project based upon an email

After I create a project from an email, I need to be able to print a pdf of my email message occasionally. I need a print option!

When composing an email in Financial Cents, users currently have to delete a recipient and re-add them if they want to move them between the To, CC, and BCC fields. It would be much more efficient to be able to drag and drop recipients directly between these fields, reducing friction and saving time when adjusting who receives what level of visibility on an email.

Allow the addition of a domain as a client contact (i.e., anyone with an email @ companyname.org ) so that anyone from a specific client would filter to client inbox instead of just listed contact. And - when those who aren't listed as contacts send a message, add an "Add contact" button.
