We're working to improve the stability and performance of our email integration

Although most of us have a bad habit of working late into the night and on weekends, especially during tax season, I think we can all benefit in a schedule send feature for emails. As in, I am writing an email at 10pm but don't want it to send out until 8am. This way, we're not encouraging clients to contact us all day and night and expect an immediate response. This should also help with expectations as we get into the busy season.

After I create a project from an email, I need to be able to print a pdf of my email message occasionally. I need a print option!

When I use Outlook desktop, I have a rule with a 10-minute delay set up for outbound email. This allows me a grace period after I send something to realize I may have forgotten information, go in and add it, then resend without sending a client multiple emails. I also have an override set up. If my Subject line includes a period (.), it overrides the 10-minute delay and sends it immediately. I love having this. However, I also love managing client emails in Financial Cents and not needing to keep so many windows open that overstimulates me. Can a feature like this be implemented?

Be able to use merge fields in email templates to automatically add client names.

sync all emails even if not in main inbox.  Let users manage their inbox, but also allow managers to see all emails if they are moved out of inbox.  It's critical to see how communications are going.

Allow for team members to add internal comments on emails so that firms can collaborate on incoming messages

The email templates don't seen to have any ability to sort. The search field is the only way to find a template and it would be nice to have them automatically sorted alphabetically, rather than random based on creation time stamp.
