To make document management easier, it'd be helpful to give the option to bulk select and then copy files in the Project Files tab over to the Client Files tab so that I can pick and grab what I need when I need it.

Clients upload excel documents that we sometimes work on together. It would be nice to collaborate within FC files. This can be done in Googlesheets, Sharepoint, and box.

It would be great if there was a way to determine when a client accessed a document in order to confirm receipt.

Create a way to do two actions in a separate portal: Share files to a third party Receive files from a third party That way, users can easily request documents from and share files with people who need to exchange documents securely but don't necessarily need to be setup as a client within Financial Cents (e.g. lawyers, bankers, other accountants, etc.). The access should be temporary and disable after a set amount of time.

In Client Files, I would like the folders to be sorted numerically first, then alphabetized. Then have the loose documents alphabetized below the folders. Easier viewing

Upload folders into other folders, instead of them defaulting to the main home folder. Drag files and folders to reorganize them within the same folder. Better organization by file format. Instead of having alphabetical order default for all files/folders, allow us to organize by format. For example, folders on top, then loose files... Kind of like how Windows does it. ABCs is great in theory, but seeing a loose file, then a folder, then a PNG isn't great for file management. Our firm has been moving local files/folders to Financial Cents, and these have been annoyances for sure!

Ability to edit PDFs within Project Files/Client Files (whether with Adobe, PDFlyer, etc.)

Allow users to create folders based on a folder template structure. Then, whenever you create a new client, have the folders automatically populate.

The whole financial Cent Server just went down - what is the backup for us to be able to access client files / documents ? There needs to be the ability to do them as a group which must be added as a feature request

Is there a way to view new/unviewed/undownloaded uploads separately from all the others clients have sent? The client uploads file is starting to get congested for many of our clients
