Merge Duplicate Clients

Auto add client task and project attachments to the clients profile

Ability to create drop-down lists in custom fields that can be used across all customers.

Ability to display the custom fields on the client dashboard, Ability to re-arrange like the workflow dashboard, Ability to filter by them by searching in the search bar, Ability to filter by team member (to see the clients they are assigned to)

Ability to see all Group(s) each client has been assigned without having to filter or navigate to each client's profile. Easier to determine correct/missing Group assignments at a glance right from the dashboard.

In Contact data, in customize field I do not see any rule where I can limit the answer to my team. For example: Formation Date, you can type anything ( letters and #) and it is not limited to Date format (MM/DD/YYYY or other); the entity type I would like to be a drop-down (LLC, CORP, etc), in this case I can setting the list of that dropdown.

Can we make phone numbers searchable like emails or client names?

In another client management software I used to use, we could upload a client photo to their profile. It would be great if Financial Cents could add this feature as well!

Incomplete task items should be displayed at the TOP of each Task, by default in order of date added. Currently, new and incomplete tasks are added at the BOTTOM of the task list. I think most professionals and the client too are most interested in what is left to do rather than what has been done. The current system requires much unneeded scrolling to find the remaining incomplete tasks. This is a simple request that I have been asking for, for years. Any chance this can be acted upon?

We would like to be able to add relationships based off of contact without adding them in as a client in financial cents
