We've been very happy with the platform. It has been instrumental in streamlining client work, especially during our recent systems overhaul. As part of our firm's move toward stronger access controls and security auditing, we are rolling out Keeper Enterprise and other enterprise-grade identity tools. We'd like to request the addition of TOTP-based two-factor authentication (e.g., via Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or enterprise password managers).We understand and support the principle of user-based licensing. Our goal is not to share credentials across multiple users, but to enhance secure access per user, enable SSO-type flows, and minimize the risks of MFA codes being intercepted or lost through email or SMS. TOTP would allow us to: Improve compliance with internal cybersecurity policies, Avoid insecure 2FA methods like SMS and shared inboxes, and align your 2FA process with platforms like QBO, Google Workspace, and CRA portals. If TOTP support is on the roadmap, we'd be excited to know more and we'd gladly participate in any early-access or pilot opportunities.Thanks for your consideration, and keep up the great work.
