I have specific templates such as Monthly Close that happens in two month intervals and then skips a month and then recurs for two months and skips a month. It would be great to have the ability when setting the custom schedule to select the day of the month a specific project is due and for what months it will recur. For example, the project is due on the 25th of the month and recurs January, February, April, May, July, August, October, November.

In the schedule & send section of the client tasks I would like representative to not default to who set up the template but the person who created the project for the client.

Ability in task automation to have FC ask user to pick a specific tag, possible even a predefined list. Example: I could have one workflow for tax return prep but want the tag of 1040, 1120S, 1065, 941 etc to be required input from the user. This way I have a single workflow to edit rather than creating a separate flow for each type of return

It's be help to set task due date rules for "3 business days prior" etc... Also, if a due date falls on a weekend, could there be additional rules for "push to next business day" or "push to previous business day"

Would like to make an update to the Template tasks or projects and have it prompt me to update all existing projects using this template. Otherwise any changes have to be made individually across all clients, which is time consuming and prone to human error.

For example, we have different templates for our tax clients depending on how we get the information and how it will go back to the client "“ pickup, mail, upload.  It would be nice if we could have a way to make folders of something for the different types of templates. (Like a tree or something that can condense and just open sections: Example: Tax - 1040 - Temp 1 - Temp 2 - 1120s - Temp 1 - Temp 2 - Bookkeeping - Folder 1 - Temp 1 - Temp 2 - Folder 2

The ability to group Templates together for simplicity into groups.  Allows different divisions within the company to find their templates easily to ensure the correct templates are being used for processes.

It would be great if you could lock templates or have a user permission that restricts who can edit templates. It's so easy to edit them permanently and too many hands can create issues!

Allow different text colors inside the project on tasks, so they stand out more if needed

Ability to hide specific templates from team members while keeping others visible. This should be part of the User permission settings.
