Proposals are going to spam

Is there a way to ensure that our proposals don't go to a client's spam account? I've sent out 5 proposals yesterday and each one went to a spam folder

Yes! This is a big problem. None of my clients recognize "Financial Cents"

I wish I could vote this up many times over. I figured this was a given when I signed up.

Using the firm domain rather than financialcents.com would better for client recognition, financial institution recognition, etc. Other than email communications going to spam, we are receiving many comments about phishing. While our clients will eventually associate financialcents.com with our firm, it is frustrating to them (and us) when communications aren't received or they have to take action like whitelisting. The bigger issue for us and our clients is the correspondence between finanicalcents.com and our clients vendors, bankers, lenders, attorneys, etc. All take security and phishing protection seriously and they don't even bother to ask "who is financialcents.com".

Jennifer,
Some suggestions...
1) Use a different email (different domain) to use for email marketing. If your domain gets tagged as a spammer then your doomed to the Junk folder.
2) Have your clients add you to their safe sender list in Outlook. I have to have a client do this occasionally.
To add someone to your Outlook Safe Senders List, go to:
Settings (Gear icon) > Mail > Junk email
then select the Safe senders and domains tab, click + Add, enter the email address or domain, and then Save, ensuring important emails bypass your Junk folder.
Your client can also quickly add from an email by right-clicking it and choosing Junk (or Block) > Never Block Sender, or add directly via the Settings menu in Outlook.com or desktop apps
