Only having the option to Trash or Archive an email is insufficient to manage emails. I would agree with Melia that going back to outlook is the best option at this point. I admittedly do not know how hard it would be to do, but if I could have my Outlook Folder structure synced into the FC email folder structure, I would 100% do all my email management in FC.

yes email folders would be really helpful to ease follow up. I stopped using it and went back to outlook. And why are attachments all the way at the bottom?

this would be very helpful. It is too hard to find the attachments if it was in a lower thread.
