I'd love to be able to pin an email to a client and not have to specify a project. That way the email shows up under the general client emails tab and you don't have to find the project again to find the email.

It would be helpful to be able to pin a one off email from an unassociated email address to a client and not just a job.
For Example: I have several clients that use the same CPA and would like to pin the emails relating to that one client to that specific client instead of having that CPA associated with all the clients we work with. These emails would not necessarily need to produce an additional job or relate to one specific job.

We would like this too. We receive emails often after project is closed or before a project is open.

This is a surprisingly frequent occurrence. Sometimes an email is forwarded by someone other than the client and should be attached to the client but it is not picked up by the integration and forcing to pin to a project if there isn't one eliminates the ability to keep that record of communication

We get all sorts of emails from and ABOUT clients that are related to past projects or not about a project at all. We need a way to please PIN the emails to the client themselves or a closed project.

It would helpful to pin emails to a client's profile. I get many emailed not from the client that would be helpful to pin to the client, but not pertaining to a specific project. Pinning to the project should be optional.

I agree. I have been using FC for two weeks and I have already encountered this issue several times.
