I'd love to be able to pin an email to a client and not have to specify a project. That way the email shows up under the general client emails tab and you don't have to find the project again to find the email.

This is a surprisingly frequent occurrence. Sometimes an email is forwarded by someone other than the client and should be attached to the client but it is not picked up by the integration and forcing to pin to a project if there isn't one eliminates the ability to keep that record of communication

We get all sorts of emails from and ABOUT clients that are related to past projects or not about a project at all. We need a way to please PIN the emails to the client themselves or a closed project.

It would helpful to pin emails to a client's profile. I get many emailed not from the client that would be helpful to pin to the client, but not pertaining to a specific project. Pinning to the project should be optional.

We are able to post time against projects that have already closed by checking a box to "include closed projects". It would great to have this option to PIN emails to closed projects also (or to the Client Profile itself).

Hello,
For efficiency and better communication, please consider having the option of pining emails to closed projects. It's frustrating when you have to open the project and close it again to add an email to it that was not previously added.
