We would like to allow clients to upload entire files of data from their computer. For example, if they already have a file that contains all of the pertinent documents for a request, they could drag that file to Financial Cents and all the documents in the folder would upload and a file with the same name would be automatically created. Right now, clients have to select individual files, which becomes very time consuming and they cannot make folders. Also, when we download documents that are in a file on Financial Cents, the file structure is lost. It would be good that when you download 5 folders, you get the folders AND the documents contained in the folders.
