Log or report by date that shows me when I or someone in my firm loaded a file to Documents for the client and a notification was sent to the client. I have clients come to me and say they never got a notification. I can't currently prove otherwise or trouble shoot anything.

Ideally I need to know a couple of things when this happens. 1. did a notification go? 2. when - date and time 3. did the client download the file.
