Team Chat in Client Dashboard

For our firm, a team chat feature in the client dashboard would be useful. Currently, team chat discussions exist in a recurring job (for example, monthly bookkeeping) but they don't carry over to the next job occurrence. There are certain notes or comments that would be useful to carry over. A team chat feature in client dashboard may solve this problem for us.

Comments made while completing a project or task need to be referenced the next time the project/task recurs. But, when I click on the "team chat" on a freshly generated project, there's nothing there. We need to be able to scroll back through several months of notes at once in order to avoid duplicating work, and right now finding last month's notes or the notes from the month before takes about 12 clicks and a lot of digging.

In our legacy system we were able to CHAT about general information regarding a Client. In FC we need to use notes (not good for general chatting) or we need to open a specific PROJECT and chat there. The ability to CHAT about general client information from the Client Dashboard would be very helpful!
