if we @mention someone in a comment and they are not on the project they will not see the comment or get any indication that they got a message. FC gives no warning ". FC should either a) provide warning at time of commenting "the member on your comment is not part of the project and will not be notified" or b) allow the notification to be shown and the person to get the error “you cant see the comment / request access to project”
