These are two things that make ReCats almost unusable to me right now. Many of my clients require that invoices are posted using products/services instead of categories (integrations with their construction management systems). Right now, I either have to post them to categories and then go into QBO and make the changes (really tough to track and time consuming). We need the ability to post transactions to EITHER categories OR P/S. The second issue is when there is a transaction that is either a bill payment, deposit receipt, invoice payment, etc. (anything other than just a simple expense). For example, if a client says "this is payment for invoices # ___ and ___", there's no way for me to post that to AR under the customer's name (even if I would have to match the invoices afterwards, I am willing to do that), because AR can't receive transactions with tax tracking. SO I have to delete all of these, lose the info that the client wrote in the description, and post them in QBO. We need the ability to use transaction types like transfer, deposit, etc. which would bypass the need for a tax code.
