Using recats is so clicky. When I mark transactions as uncategorized in QBO, it pulls them to Recats (good so far). When I mark these as uncategorized I rarely know the tax code (I'm in Canada, so proper tax coding is essential) or the vendor. Once the client has added a note or receipt, I have to click "class, billable, and more" for every single individual item so that I can choose the correct vendor and tax code (and also if I need class or billable).

I find this much more time consuming than just leaving them unposted in QBO and sending a list to the client.

I think part of the problem with recats is that it's a little too focused on being pretty which is having a negative effect on the functionality. My clients probably appreciate their side being bubbly and clear and spacious but on my side I want it to be more like an excel spreadsheet. I don't need lots of pretty bubbles and space in between everything - I need better functionality.
