Ability to remove portal access without removing contact email

It would be helpful to remove portal access for terminated clients without removing their email contact from the contact on the dashboard. Removing the email removes all of the emails on the client's profile making it really hard to go back and try to find something unless it's tagged to a project.

There needs to be a way to remove the client's access to the portal without deleting their contact information. When a client leaves, we should be able to leave their contact in tact and disable their portal access.
