Time stamp on Client Uploads

It would be beneficial to include a timestamp whenever a client uploads a document. We often receive multiple uploads throughout the day, and without timestamps it becomes difficult to determine which batches have not yet been reviewed.

It is really helpful to have the date and time a task is uploaded - sometime we'll have over 30 docs on one task, and the client might delete some and then add more.
Being able to easily identify which ones to action was a great feature! Please bring it back, I can see there is a column for it but the data is only visible if you action the AI naming suggestions, which can also be fiddly with heaps of uploads.
It would be great to be able to see it regardless of the AI naming function status

This has to be possible as there are time stamps on when specific tasks were completed.
