assign employees to client based on role

We should be able to assign specific role to each client (ex bookkeeper, tax preparer, tax reviewer, payroll clerk, ect). Based on who is assigned to these roles when projects are created for that client then the employee assigned to that role would be able to be auto selected.

Once assigned a role to a client then projects created with that job role would auto fill that selected team member.
