yea. stripe is terrible. before FC we used CPACharge (they have since changed their name, but I'm old so I still use that name) and the process was less than three days.

I rather receive a check in the mail then pay fees then wait 5-7 business days. Do you need assistance connecting with a bigger processing company? Does FC have credit issues that prevents the transfer of funds to be released faster in the states? At this time, I can only accept the deposit in FC rather the full payment then go to QBO for the monthly payments.

ACH does not take 5-7 calendar days to settle. I can see Saturday to Monday (absent a holiday) but more than 3 days and you are effectively impounding our money to pad your Treasury account. I have no issue with a fees being charged for processing platform investment, cost to operate and some profit - 1% up to $5-10 is fair (Base ACH transfer fee is $0.35 - .50 as I recall), if your cost base reality is higher, then something is a miss. Respectfully submitted by a former analyst for a Very large payments processor who knows the math :-)

This is why I won't use FC for payments. I get next day on credit card deposits and 2 day with ACH when I use Clover. If it were to get sped up, I would seriously consider using FC to make my processes 1 or 2 less steps.
