When the AI rename feature suggests a new filename and a staff member approves it, show which user accepted that name.

Today a renamed file shows the original filename it was uploaded as, but not who approved the change. In firms where several staff review the rename queue, there is no way to trace an incorrect filename back to the person who accepted it.
