Show on the Invoice page when the invoice was last viewed. Include the IP address of the viewer.

Chat Windows
The window portion to type into chat should be scalable. Only about 4 rows show up. It's difficult to work with a message that exceeds the lines that appear. Enlarging the FC window does not enlarge the number of lines that appear.
