Per the screen the client sees upon signing a proposal, a confirmation email is supposed to be sent to the client - BUT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN!!! Can this wording either be removed OR can the confirmation email actually be sent? We are intending on sending the bulk of our tax season proposals on/around 12/1 and this issue is going to cause problems with our clients (them expecting the confirmation, not getting us and then having them reach out to us to confirm).
