It would be great to be able to search within Notifications so we can see everything to do with a client all at once.

I just set the notifications to send to my email, then move them to a folder after scanning for important "chat or reply". Then, in Outlook you can sort the folder contents by Subject (client name) and it groups by client. Then you can address one client at at time...
I just delete the firm portal notifications box contents daily.
It's entirely useless... Use Outlook.

Yes I would really like to search notifications. I feel constantly inundated with them and want to be able to clear each client all at once too once I know I have addressed all the things on their file!
