We are very happy that now the client task deliverables upload to the project files. What is really needed is the ability to download all uploaded items. To download individual items is very inefficient. See my snippet I have attached.

Can we not have a download all for the project side of the equation. A way to check mark and download all the project file folders and/or client tasks uploads.

Amanda Aparicio All the files uploaded in the entire task list at once. As others have pointed out before, there is a "download" all option on each individual task line item, but still requires going opening each task line and hitting "download all" on each task. It would be great to have one at the top to download everything the client uploaded at once.
If you see the screen capture Lindsey Denson uploaded below, you can see this option is only available on an individual task, not the entire list.

Follow up question: Are you wanting to download all because you want to move all the files at once to somewhere else within Financial Cents? Or because you want to upload to a different system altogether?

This would be very helpful! We download files for multiple reasons, including editing and storing in multiple places such as QBO vendors for W9s/COIs and supporting documentation for tax agencies, insurance companies, banking institutions, etc. Opening each individual task to "download all" each time gets cumbersome. "Download All" at the project level instead would be better.

I thought you could click the select all box beside the name column label and click download and all files will download?
