I just noticed a notes section on projects, I think this is new, and great!! Please make these visible from the general client notes section so we can review all notes in one place. Maybe a tab at the top for Project Notes and General Notes.

We need the ability to add notes on issues that occur during a specific project. These notes should NOT be sent to either the client or a team member. It should remain within the specific Project.

It would be great to have a NOTES section attached to each project. Sometimes I just want to track something specifically related to one project, not having to check in the client dashboard.

Reading through this, I like this idea. Not sure if I saw it, but is it possible to integrate with the team chat in a project? We use the team chat for all our notes, but also let's us communicate within a team if something needs to be known (i.e.: getting approve to run a payroll a certain way based on client conversation).

Greg Scholten: For now, the Notes section will be separate from the Team Chat. Curious though what you're picturing!
What we have right now is space that looks almost like a Word doc (but built into the project) where you can keep all notes (not necessarily tied to a specific person or comment). How are you picturing the Team Chat linking to the notes? (is it something like being able to reference a certain comment in the notes?)

I use a template to perform certain IT tasks (On Boarding and Off Boarding) and when it is used to create a project and assign to me it would be very helpful if a Notes Field could be part of the create project process. I would use it to communicate who should get emails, FC tasks and projects, Etc. when an IT Offboarding template is used to create a project. If this is already available I am not seeing it.
