Group together client upload notifications so that when a client uploads multiple files at once, users only receive one notification for the group.

This has been released! If a client uploads many files at once to their
Client Files
, we now just send 1 email notification per client vs. an email per uploaded file.N

Amanda Aparicio Is it also in the works to not notify clients individually when WE upload files? I often upload all the files for the month at once and they've let me know they're inundated with 20+ emails

Absolutely! It is bad. This is the only file-sharing portal I have ever experienced this with. I have been asking for this every time I spoke to a live person at FC. Please roll this out soon! It is tax season, and we are getting overwhelmed with emails from uploads. FC is supposed to save time, and these emails are consuming time.

I have just received over 100 emails and notifications from 2 clients in the last 2 days and tax season is only just beginning for me so it's going to get insane. We don't need notification for every upload. I would say, the first one yes and then we can go look to see what all they uploaded. Please please please get this fixed. It's been on the roadmap for a long time now and it really needs to be made a priority. Thank you so much!
