Give the option to show the contents of chat messages in emails. That way, users don't have to login to see what message has been sent to them by clients

Add attachments or screenshots to the chat feature with clients.

The window portion to type into chat should be scalable.  Only about 4 rows show up.  It's difficult to work with a message that exceeds the lines that appear.   Enlarging the FC window does not enlarge the number of lines that appear.
