Currently client chant (and team chat) doesn't automatically show the other party's reply until I refresh by browser. It's frustrating for clients when we don't respond because we don't see their response in real-time.

We've completed this for Client Chat! Team Chat is a bit more challenging, so I've created a follow-up post for tracking on that when we get a chance to pick it up
