Read receipt on client chat outgoing messages

We would like to be able to see that a client read a message our office sent to them in the client chat. Ideally it would include a time stamp of when the message was seen.

I agree with Maurice-
If our goal is streamlining client communication and experience, we should at least know whether they've received our notifications or if they've landed in Spam before we duplicate the communication.
Ideally, it'd be great to have Read Receipts and or Send Confirmations on all client facing notifications/communication:
* Invoices (the opened/audit trail is helpful, but having a send confirmation at least would make it even better)
* Client Chat
* Task Reminders (including ReCat)- knowing if/when they've opened their tasks would be fantastic.
* Comments on Tasks
I haven't used Proposals and EL's so I'm not sure how those are setup but if those don't have read receipts they probably should too.

Since you setup auto reminders to the client, would be nice to see if they are actually reading the reminders.
