Could we pls have the option to expand a text box in the client chat, comments on client tasks etc, as we can only see a couple of lines at a time, and it is difficult to read back paragraphs etc.

Visually it is all cramped with the rest of the screen "greyed out" and inactive, so it appears there is space to have a more legible communication area, and in fact as I type this, I have more visibility and room for feedback to your team than I do with client comms

The amount of real estate allotted to type your message to the client in the client chat field is maybe 10% of the entire browser window. When preparing a message with bullet points it becomes very difficult to easily navigate the prep, reviewing, and editing process.
