The ability to change time budgets for multiple projects at once would be helpful. Right now we do not have time budgets set and we are having to go in one by one to set them, which is very time consuming.

Filter for "Close Date" on projects on both the: Workflow > Projects page, and Workflow > Insights report That way, users can efficiently report on completed work.

Give users the ability to export the Billing > Payments report so that they can perform any additional analysis they might need.
