Put the Project Closed Date in the filters. When needing to go back to look at a closed project, we would like to be able to sort by month closed.

Patti Hartline, you can actually do this today! In the "Due Date" dropdown, you can click to select "Filter By" and then "Close Date" to see specific projects by their closed date. Is this what you were looking for?

Amanda Aparicio that lets me see the closed dates, but it does not let me filter by closed date. For example - if I only want to see a list of projects closed in December 2025, it does not let me do that.

Patti Hartline, if you change the "Filter By" to "Close Date", it should filter the projects by the actual closed date! For example, in my screenshot I filtered by "Close Date: Jan 1st - Jan 31st" and the list of displayed projects were closed during that time period. Are you seeing something different on your end?

It would be better for searching quick errors - that instead of exporting a report to find the CLOSED date - that there could be a column in the workflow screen that we could sort by and i can see whats closed daily or recently - exporting creates too many steps - if there is a mistake i can easily correct on the workflow screen instead of crosschecking an exported excel report.

Amanda Aparicio This is already a thing on CSV Export. We add a table to the data range and short by "Project Closed Date" column to get this information. Alnie Sanatar Sounds like you wanted this in the workflow and not in the export. I would like to see that too. Would just need the data in an additional column.
On the topic of closed projects, Amanda could we consider the option of seeing closed and open in the workflow at the same time :)

Robert McGee: ah thank you! I've updated the post to more accurately reflect what we're working on :) In terms of seeing both Open and Closed at the same time, I'll create a different post for future consideration!

IMPORTANT: PROJECTS: We should be able to look in our workflow and track the closed items and sort by CLOSED date - this will clearly help us reconcile by day what was done and when. Please create this - would ease operations
