I would love to have different Folders within your email tab that I can put emails into instead of seeing all of my emails at once. Thank you!

Allow for team members to add internal comments on emails so that firms can collaborate on incoming messages

Create the ability to tag emails the same way that FC is planning to tag documents. This would help teams categorize, filter, and track email threads more effectively (for example, marking emails by status, type, or priority) without having to rely on manual folder organization or external tools.
