Files Uploaded on Client Tasks Display on the Project Files Page

Whenever a file is uploaded to a Client Task, show that same file on the Project Files tab of the Project so that it's easy to locate uploaded documents.

I have my Client Tasks section for my projects, however, sometimes my team uploads the files either because the client sent it to them directly or we were able to obtain it without the client's involvement. Right now, the "Project Files" area seems to only populate when the Client attaches a file to the client task and not when a team member attaches a file. It would be nice if any file attached to the Client task was reflected in the Project Files section to show the full picture for the project.

I would also LOVE if we could be able to re-name files uploaded by clients. We have a standard naming system that we like to use and are unable to remain consistent since we can't rename any files that they've uploaded.

It would also be great if we could route the files that clients upload to tasks directly to their client uploads folder
