Automatically rename client uploaded files

Allow users to create a "rule" that all file name should follow. Then, whenever a client uploads a document, automatically rename that file based on the rule. Build in a setting so that users can: (1) not enable this feature altogether, or (2) review each file renaming before the rename is done
