All emails should be visible from the client's general email folder.

Currently, emails that are pinned to a client project are not visible in the client's general email folder. Once the project is closed, the emails are no longer easily found. It would be helpful for the general email folder to have a section for completed projects, open projects, and pinned to client.

I agree - the client name should have all emails between us and the client. Otherwise it is impossible to find what emails have been sent or received, particularly when they have multiple open/closed projects.
