When service items are imported from QuickBooks Online into Financial Cents, both the Invoice Description and Service Description fields populate with identical text. Since these fields serve distinct purposes (client-facing billing vs. proposal scope language), they almost always need to be different. Editing them one by one is time-consuming, especially for solo-firms with a large service library.
What I am requesting:
Add the ability to bulk edit the Invoice Description and Service Description fields through one of the following methods:
- CSV Import/Export – Export the full service item list as a CSV, edit descriptions offline, and reimport with changes applied
2.Excel Spreadsheet Sync – A live or on-demand sync with Excel that allows edits to be pushed back into Financial Cents directly
There may also be other ways to resolve this but I believe that at least either solution mentioned would eliminate the need for manual one-by-one edits inside the platform.

I see we can Bulk edit but deletion isn't included?!

This has not been completed. In the Tasks Section under Workflow - youre unable to select multiple to edit without marking them as complete.

Yes! Will this include being able to set a due date for multiple or all tasks in a section? Right now, in a 15-task list sent to clients or for my team, I have to manually add a due date for every single task.

Not sure if there is a way to do this but sometimes, well often, I change who is assigned to a certain portion of a project and I have to select each task separately. Would be great to be able to do this where the 3 dots are next to a Section Title instead.

Not sure if this is the right place for this suggestion, but others mentioned modifying the task workflow view in this thread. If the task view is being modified, could you add an option to exclude no due dates in the date range filter? I submitted another Canny for that request, but wasn't sure if that would work here as well.
