Google Drive Two-Way Sync
You can now connect Financial Cents directly to your Google Drive!

Once linked, files and folders in your
Client Files
sync automatically in both directions, meaning changes made in FC appear in Google Drive, and changes made in Google Drive appear in FC.To integrate your Google Drive folders to Financial Cents, navigate to
Settings > Integrations
. You can also learn how it works here!Bulk Edit Mode for Tasks
We've added a
Bulk Edit Mode
to the project task list so you can update multiple tasks at once instead of one by one.
Enter
Bulk Edit Mode
via the ellipses menu, select the tasks you want to update, and make changes to assignees, due dates, or budgeted time across all of them in a single action.
Locked Files Usability Improvements
We've made some quality of life improvements when locking files behind an invoice.

You can now:
- Search for files across your entire set of Client Files
- See the Item Count,Uploaded By, andDate Uploadedcolumns for each folder, and
- Upload files directly from your computer to the invoice
This should make it easier to both locate the needed file and upload files to be locked on-the-fly!
Copy, Move, and Delete
Project Files
from the Client PageYou can now copy, move, and delete
Project Files
directly from the Client Details
page (whereas before, you could only do so on the individual project pages).
Multi-select files using the checkboxes, then use the action toolbar to copy, download, or delete in bulk. This should make it easier to manage your files whether you're looking at the client or the project pages.
Hide Old Transactions in Bulk
We received a lot of feedback in our user group that old, no-longer relevant transactions were displaying in Month End Close, so we've added the option to hide transactions that are older than a certain date.

Any transactions before the selected date will be hidden from the transactions list, allowing you to efficiently clear closed-period transactions. The setting auto-saves when you change it and can be removed at any time to restore the full transaction history.
This filter applies to transactions only and has no effect on vendors, accounts, or other data.
Last Reconciled Transaction Date in
Account Reconciliation
ReportThe
Account Reconciliation
report in Month End Close
now displays a Last Reconciled Txn Date
field, showing the date of the most recent transaction that has been marked as reconciled.
This gives you a quick reference point when reviewing reconciliation status without needing to dig into individual transactions.
