Some clients don't have an email address, so we're unable to invoice them via Financial Cents billing. Remove the requirement of an email address.

It is really important that the pre-tax amount is shown as the quoted amount on a proposal, or at least that this is an option to toggle on. The pre-tax amount is set by the firm, and the sales tax, which is mostly refundable in Canada and many other jurisdictions, is not within our control and could change, so it doesn't make sense for it to be lumped in to the proposal price. Plus, it is not even a real cost to the client as they get it refunded to them, so it makes proposals overstate the cost of the service.

I would love to have clients have to pay an invoice before they can review their tax returns and e-sign for approval

When using the "Mark as Paid" feature on invoices (for example, the client paid with a check), there's currently no way to go back to that payment and say "canceled" or "failed" if the check didn't go through. Give the user the ability to modify the payment status on invoices that were manually marked as "Paid".

Just like invoices are stored at a client level. It would be great if the clients' proposals saved to their profile as well.

Being able to change the invoice number after generated/synced to Quickbooks. I noticed that sometimes an invoice number will be reused in FC and will not sync the invoice over to QB because there is already an invoice with that number in QB. Would like to be able to change the invoice in FC after attempted sync to not be a duplicate.

Have the ability to invoice the client once the project is completed and track time against the project to know if we went over our allocated fixed fee. For example, I charge $5,000 fix fee, but sometimes I go way over my hours, so I would like to make sure I charge for the hours I went over.

From Reports>Revenue Insights- when a report of payments gets exported. Payment method and date of payment to be added to the report.

I want to add my brand colors to my proposals. The green and black is off-brand for my business.

Show on the Invoice page when the invoice was last viewed. Include the IP address of the viewer.
