The new automated reminders process looks good, but why do we only have the option of weekly/fortnightly etc reminders? Being able to choose a couple of days for more urgent things is INCREDIBLY useful, and saved our staff having to keep things top of mind to manually remind the clients when we urgently need something.

Weekly reminders is not ideal, but only weekly or fortnightly? Very restrictive, the old options were really useful!
