When manually creating clients add a check for "does client exist?"

Users are accidentally creating duplicate clients which can be confusing.
It would be nice if it would check for customers who are close in naming and not just exact matches. For example
- John Doe
- John MiddleName Doe

I have a user id in my tax software. i have that field in the "about" section. If we could have a check for duplicates of that field in other clients, that would be helpful.
